Audhive runs on your server and your data stays with you. The licence covers one installation, is activated online and keeps working for 30 days without a connection. The download link comes with the licence e-mail.

For Swiss SMEs: ICT Minimum Standard only
The Swiss Edition is Audhive in SEC mode with exactly one catalogue: the Swiss federal ICT Minimum Standard 2023. You audit your information security against the Swiss standard – with assessment, data requests, dashboards and report as in the regular SEC package.
The ICT Minimum Standard is a public standard of the Swiss Confederation which Audhive does not change. The Swiss Edition ships the measures in the official wording in German, English, French and Italian (obvious errors corrected and marked), plus Audhive’s own working aids; the original is freely available from the BACS (in German). Audhive is not a federal offering.

How licensing works
Every subscription and every package defines the same four things. You can add tenants or users at any time.
Mode
SEC for the security audit, ICS for the internal control system, FULL for both. With FULL you set the mode per tenant.
Tenants
One tenant per company, business unit or client – cleanly separated.
Users
Users per tenant plus additional users shared by all tenants. Every person counts once – global admins too.
Term
Subscription: monthly or yearly. Self-hosted: package with a term or perpetual.
Example: 2 tenants with 3 users each plus 4 additional users = 10 users. AI access is not included – use your own key if you want it. More about licensing

On your own server
- Buy a licenceChoose a package and pay online. Licence key and download link arrive by e-mail.
- Prepare the serverWeb server with HTTPS, PHP 8.1 or newer (8.5 recommended), MariaDB 10.4+ or MySQL 8.0+ with an empty database.
- Setup wizardThe licence key comes first and sets mode, tenants and users. Then database, sign-in, e-mail and catalogue.
- OperateLicence check every 7 days (up to 30 days offline), signed updates, backups and data export under Admin.
