The website is hosted on a web server. When you visit, your browser automatically transmits technical data to that server, which may include:
This data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in stable, secure website operation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) / nFADP Art. 31). Server logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days and then deleted automatically. They are not used for profiling and not linked to individual users.
This website sets no tracking cookies, no analytics cookies, and no advertising cookies. We do not use any third-party scripts such as Google Analytics, Google Fonts (loaded externally), social media pixels, or similar services.
The only browser storage we use is a single localStorage entry (audhive_lang) that stores your language preference. This value is read and written entirely within your browser and is never transmitted to our servers. It is not personal data under the nFADP/GDPR.
No cookie consent banner is displayed because no consent-requiring cookies are set.
When you submit a form on this website, the data you enter is transmitted to us via Microsoft Exchange Online (email delivery). Microsoft Corporation acts as our data processor under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) pursuant to GDPR Art. 28 and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for transfers to the United States.
We use this data exclusively to respond to your inquiry or to prepare and conduct a product demonstration. We do not use your data for marketing purposes unless you have separately given consent. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your data to third parties beyond what is described in this policy.
Form submissions are protected against automated abuse by temporary server-side IP rate limiting. Your IP address is used solely for this purpose and deleted automatically after 10 minutes.
Form data submitted on this website is delivered via Microsoft Exchange Online, operated by Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052, USA. Data may therefore be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Microsoft participates in the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and provides Standard Contractual Clauses as required under GDPR Chapter V. For Swiss users, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards pursuant to nFADP Art. 16.
No other transfer of personal data to third countries takes place.
